Delivery Time
For your order to be shipped, please give us up to 3 working days. The order will be processed the following business day if it is placed after the cutoff time. When stock is available, payment has been received, and card security checks are complete, we strive to ship orders as soon as possible.
Orders received on a Sunday or a holiday are processed and shipped the following Monday or the next business day. There may be processing and shipping delays during busy times, such as the holidays.
Military addresses or PO boxes cannot receive orders; delivery to rural domestic areas may take an extra day or more. Orders that require engraving or other customization will need more time, but they will still be mailed out within three business days.
Hidden Charges
When you shop on MastGift.com, there are NO additional fees. The prices listed are fixed and inclusive. The price listed on the product page is the final cost to you.
Pincode
It is the user’s obligation to enter the proper pincode in the delivery address. The correct delivery address should correspond to the pin code. Sometimes the address provided may not match the area’s pin code.
If pin code entered in the address section is incorrect then following cases arise –
If the address entered is in an unserviceable location, the transaction is rejected and NO refund will be made. The system verifies the pincode for delivery verification and may accept the order if the pincode is in an area that can receive deliveries but the address is not. If our team notifies you that the address has an erroneous pin and you request delivery to a different pin code, the newly added pin code’s fees will be applied. If you do not want to pay for the order, you cannot cancel it and get a refund.
