Refunds

Refund in cases of Cancellations are mentioned in the Cancellation policy, kindly refer to the same. 

The acceptance of order is subject to availability of products, delivery areas and time. The order may or may not be accepted. The order might be canceled after assessing the circumstances and communicating with the customer. In such cases the amount paid by the customer is fully refunded.

Only one attempt for delivery will be made. Please confirm the availability of the recipient before choosing delivery time. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, a second attempt will not be made and order will be cancelled. No refund will be made in such a case.

Address Change requests


Change in the address is permitted free of cost only before 24 hours of delivery. 

  1. Within 24 hours period before delivery , if address is changed we charge Rs 200/-.
  2. Sometimes the address change request can not be accepted, in that case order will not be refunded or cancelled.

Returns and Exchanges

 

Cancellation of Order by User
Order cancellation within 12 hours. Order cancellations must be made no later than 12 hours after the order has been placed. You must send an email containing your order number to our customer support team in order to cancel your order.

General Scenario

After you cancel the order, only presume that it has been cancelled if you receive mail or a text message confirming it.Your request might be automatically approved depending on the item, or you might be asked for more information. If your request is granted, the item will be picked up and either be replaced or refunded to you. From the ‘My Orders’ section of your Mast Gift Account, you can also see the current status of your refund request right away.

Orders cannot be canceled if we receive a cancellation email and we have already “processed” them at that point. [mast gift] has the only authority to determine whether or not to cancel an order. Additionally, the consumer consents to accept [mast gift’s] decision regarding the cancellation and not challenge it.
